Delete your account
To delete your Webufast account and all associated data, follow the steps below. You can also start deletion from inside the Webufast app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Webufast app and sign in with Apple or Google.
- Go to Account.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from your account’s email address and we will process your request.
What is deleted and what is kept
Your account and all associated data — your profile, websites, uploaded photos and drafts — are permanently deleted 30 days after your request. Published websites are paused immediately.
A minimal record of the deletion request and any billing records required by law may be kept for legal and accounting purposes.
Your subscription is not cancelled automatically; manage it separately in the store you bought it from.
