This privacy statement explains what data Webufast collects when you use the Webufast app and website, why it is used and what choices you have. Privacy questions: [email protected].
Processed data
Account e-mail, language preference, session security records, website content you create, media you upload, in-app usage events (screens viewed, actions taken and errors shown), usage/quota records and subscription statuses from the store can be processed.
Purposes
Necessary data is used to operate the account, publish websites, prevent abuse, verify subscription eligibility, provide support and measure service reliability.
Service providers
Hosting and database infrastructure, Cloudflare R2 media storage, Apple/Google store payments, RevenueCat subscription reconciliation, and optional Gemini text recommendations may be among the data processing providers.
Artificial intelligence
When you request a text suggestion, only the limited context of the relevant field is sent to the provider. Do not enter sensitive health, financial, identity or confidential business information into AI areas.
Storage and deletion
The account deletion request immediately suspends the websites and starts the waiting period shown in the application. Limited records that need to be kept for security, financial records or legal obligations may be kept for separate periods.
Your Rights
You may have rights of access, rectification, export, objection and deletion in accordance with applicable law. Requests requiring authentication are received through the support channel.
Customer websites
The relevant website owner is responsible for business content published on a Webufast customer website. You can report a website for security or rights violations via the reporting tool on the page.
Advertising and tracking
Webufast does not sell personal data, does not show ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. In-app usage events are processed only by Webufast to improve the product and are not shared with advertising networks.
Children
Webufast is a tool for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or under the minimum age required in your country.
